Peter is a partner and member of the Transactional Department of JRG Attorneys at Law where he advises and represents private and public clients regarding Real Property Law, Land Use, Landlord-Tenant, Business Law, Corporation Law, Entity Formation, Cannabis Law, Hemp Law, and Contract Law.
Peter is a Salinas native and fourth-generation Monterey County resident, with extensive connections and roots in the local community, having grown up in Salinas, he attended school there, including Lincoln School, Washington Junior High School, and Salinas High School and is involved in many local policy and social groups.
Peter attended California State University at Fresno and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Legal Environment of Business option. After his undergraduate education, Peter attended Monterey College of Law and graduated with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence.
Peter was employed by the Law Offices of Theodore H. Cominos, LLP, a long-standing local Salinas law firm, as a law clerk from 1998-2004 and associate attorney from 2004-2016, after which he joined JRG Attorneys at Law, first as an associate attorney and then as a Partner.
Peter is the current President of the Monterey County Bar Association for 2021, has been a Board Member since 2018 and a member since 2004.
In his spare time, Peter’s interests include guitar, computers, hiking, swimming, cooking, physics, and astronomy.
