About the Role
Join our growing Estate Planning practice focused on thoughtful planning, long-term client relationships, and high-quality legal work.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Counsel on trust administration, asset protection, and tax-efficient planning
- Collaborate on complex planning matters
- Handle or assist with probate and trust litigation matters as they arise
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Transition or build a book of business
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license
- 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred
- Existing book of business a strong plus
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Business Transaction Attorney (5+ years of experience)

- Prepare and draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives
- Assist with trust administration matters and related documentation
- Coordinate client meetings and maintain regular client communication
- Organize and maintain estate planning files and document systems
- Manage deadlines, calendaring, and workflow for estate planning matters
- Assist with probate and trust-related court filings and preparation
- Communicate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals as needed
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all drafted materials
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal preferred
- Strong familiarity with estate planning documents and processes
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, local court filing procedures for probate and trust related proceedings
