About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Counsel on trust administration, asset protection, and tax-efficient planning

• Assist with probate and trust-related court filings and preparation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal preferred
