Abby joined JRG Attorneys at Law in 2019 as a Business Transaction/Corporate Paralegal in JRG’s Business Transaction department and subsequently assumed additional responsibilities with our Intellectual Property, Business Escrow, and Personal Injury Departments. She currently organizes and manages our corporate maintenance files, including maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with the entity with certain state agencies. Abby prepares and files deeds, property-related documents, and documents on formations and dissolutions. She maintains our client's trademark files, monitors filing deadlines and responses, and assists with trademark research. Abby also assists with escrow matters as a third-party for holding funds and documents, obtaining tax clearances, and ensuring all closing conditions are met.

Abby has been in the legal industry since 2005. Before joining JRG, Abby worked as a Paralegal for a workers' compensation defense firm and has 15+ years of experience in the bankruptcy industry, having worked as a paralegal for notable law firms through the years.

Outside of the office, Abby enjoys food and music festivals, hiking, traveling, and overall spending time with her family.

Abby is bilingual in English and Spanish.
