Betty joined JRG in 2024 as the operations director. Betty is based in JRG’s Salinas office and handles JRG’s operations and firm management. Betty’s professional background includes beginning her career in finance in 2002 and in the legal field since 2013. In addition to her finance and legal experience, Betty has worked in the non-profit sector and manufacturing. She has an educational background in accounting (associate’s degree in accounting, Heald Business College; B.S. accounting, University of Phoenix). Betty is a native of South Monterey County and enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and volunteering.

Betty is bilingual in English and Spanish.
