Evelyn A. Martin serves as Paralegal and Executive Assistant for David LaRiviere at JRG Attorneys at Law. In her position, she provides much-needed administrative support for our team of attorneys, particularly those who form our IP Department, so that they can offer you the best possible service and reliable counsel for your case.

She’s truly an exceptional member of our team, managing and handling numerous tasks that are immensely difficult.

• She’s responsible for managing the docketing system for all our client matters all around the world.
• She assists in copyright, patent, and trademark searches and infringement investigations and analysis to try and gather information to support our clients and their cases.
• She helps clients manage their global IP portfolios
